What we collect

When you sign up we fetch your Roblox username, user ID and avatar from Roblox's public API - that's how your account works. Beyond that we keep a record of your points history, offer completions and referrals so your balance stays accurate.

To prevent fraud and protect our community, we collect and store your IP address when you sign up and when you log in. This information is used solely for fraud detection - such as preventing multiple accounts being created from the same location to abuse our rewards system. IP records are retained for as long as they're useful for this purpose. If you wish to request deletion of this data, contact us through Discord.

What we don't collect

No passwords (there aren't any on Icey). No email addresses. No payment info. No real names or physical addresses. Basically nothing beyond your Roblox identity and your activity on this site.

Third-party offers

When you complete offers through our offerwall providers, those providers run under their own privacy policies - we don't control what they collect. We pass them your Roblox username so they can credit your completions. We never sell your data to anyone, full stop.

Live chat support

Our in-page support chat is provided by Tawk.to. When you open a chat, any messages you send and basic context (like your Roblox username if you're logged in) are processed by Tawk.to on our behalf so we can help you. Their handling of that data is covered by their own privacy policy.

Your data & your rights

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. Your username and points total are visible on the public leaderboard - if you want off, just ask. If you ever want your account fully deleted, message us on Discord and we'll wipe it within 30 days. Same goes for any questions about the data we hold.
